The Grand Vin Blanc is the top white wine of the estate, boasting richness and complexity. The wine carries a medium-full body but at the same time a beautiful, interwoven minerality from the soils it is grown on. From the wine, you’ll get notes of fresh citrus fruits, dried pineapple, cedar and candied citrus fruits. Rich, complex and extremely versatile to pair with foods from fish & shellfish, grilled meats and salads.
