Which stores are participating?
Find participating stores on our 'collection points' page, located in the top menu.
How does it work?
1. Choose click and collect as your delivery method at check out.
2. Choose a local participating store.
3. Kick back whilst we prepare you wine. Wait on a collection email. This is not your order confirmation email. A collection email will state clearly that your wine has arrived on location along with the information you need to collect your wine.
4. Pop to your selected store to collect your wine. Bring your collection email and photographic ID for age verification.
5. Enjoy your wine!
Where do I collect my parcel?
From the store selected at check out. You can do this during the store's opening hours.
How much does it cost?
Click and collect is free with any order!
How long does it take?
We will contact you via email when your parcel is ready to collect. This usually takes 2-7 working days. Please wait for the collection email before atempting pick up.
How long do I have to collect?
The store will hold your parcel for a week. You may collect your parcel during store opening times.
Home Delivery
How much is home delivery?
£10 for every parcel. Parcels consist of up to 6 bottles.
Up to 6 bottles = £10
6 - 12 bottles = £20
Unfortunatly this is a fixed cost we are unable to avoid. We would rather be transparent about this extra cost so that we can keep the wine at the best price possible for you. Our Click and Collect is free, so please see if there is a participating Home Bargains store near you.
When will I recieve my parcel?
We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 5 working days from the date your order was placed, however, it can often be sooner than this. For non-UK-Mainland orders, delivery time may be longer.
If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days from the date your order was placed, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
We send our home deliveries with Parcelforce. To track your delivery, please visit their website and enter information provided on your dispatch email.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not in at the time of delivery and have given special delivery instructions, the courier will try to follow these instructions. If no instructions are given, the courier will leave the goods in a secure location on your property (if one can be found), and they will leave you a card to inform you where the parcel has been left.
If a secure location can't be found, the driver will then attempt to leave the order with a neighbour and a card will be left to inform you which neighbour. A total of three delivery attempts will be made, after which time the parcel will be returned to us.
If you have not received a card to inform you that your parcel has been delivered, but you have received confirmation from us that it has, please check your online tracking for the latest information. If you are still unable to locate your order, simply contact us and we will be able to assist you.
Returns
The Good Wine Collective is a seperate entity to Home Bargains, and items can not be returned in store. If you have an issue with your order, please contact hello@thegoodwineco.co.uk .
Returns policy:
In order to recieve a refund, proof of purchase must be provided. We may also ask for item to be returned to us via post.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement where the product has been damaged by you or a third party, or we believe the return is not genuine.
Refunds will be made to the the same payment methodthat was used when purchasing the item from us.
Items must be returned in full. If a special offer case was purchased, the entire case must be returned.
You may return or exchange your order within 28 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. Return requests made after this time period may be refused.
As a third party company, returns are not made through Hom Bargains. Please contct us directly via hello@thegoodwineco.co.uk
We may ask for product to be returned to us. Photographic evidence of the condition of the wine may also be requested

Is The Good Wine Co. Home Bargains?
No, we're a different company. However, we have partnered with Home Bargains to offer a brilliant free click and collect service nationwide.
Can I buy just one bottle?
Of course you can, and you will still benefit from free click and collect!
When will Bollinger be back in stock?
In addition to our bestsellers which are in stock all the time, we often pick up parcels of smaller quantities with excellent value, like the Bollinger. The best thing to do is keep checking back to find the excellent deals. They're never around for long though!
Does my local Home Bargains do click and collect?
You'll be able to find that out during the checkout process. We're working on a store locator that you'll be able to use before you check out though. Bare with us!
Can I find these wines in Home Bargains?
A few of our wines may be found at your local Home Bargains. However, we offer our own unique selection including more premium wines, too.

We sometimes run offers of free bottles to loyal customers. All free bottles are whilst stock lasts. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders.
